Hello Everyone,
I decided to do 1000 squats after watching Cassie Ho from Blogilates and it turned out a LOT harder than I expected!!!
Here’s the list of squats:
1. Regular squats
2. Narrow Squats
3. Back Kick Squat
4. Side Lift Squat
5. Plie Squat
6. Calf Squat
7. Froggy Squat
8. #4 Squat
9. Prisoner Squat
10. Rolling Squat (I did the regular squats for this one)
If you try it make sure to drink LOTS of water because you will definitely sweat!!!
